Felbermayr is now offering training for forklift trucks — including fork and telescopic forklifts. Participants are taught how to use the devices safely and efficiently. The courses conclude with an internationally valid forklift license and take place at training centers in Austria, Germany and Liechtenstein or directly on site at our customers' premises.

As part of the two-day training course, you will receive the necessary knowledge and practical skills to operate forklifts safely, comply with legal requirements and effectively prevent accidents at work. The offer is aimed at beginners as well as experienced forklift drivers who want to brush up on their knowledge.

Competence with proof
More competence, more safety, more opportunities: Training in accordance with Section 62 Workers Protection Act (BGBl. No. 450/1994) and the Evidence of Expertise Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 13/2007) is an attractive additional qualification that opens up career opportunities and at the same time increases safety at work. Depending on individual national guidelines for driving licences, the certificate is internationally valid.

Practical with Felbermayr rental equipment
The Felbermayr Group's extensive and modern fleet of vehicles is the basis for the forklift course. A total of around 1000 fork and telescopic forklifts are available. “Our fleet is one of the most modern on the market,” says the expert responsible for working platforms and forklifts at Felbermayr and division manager for Tyrol, Robert Bauer. The forklifts range from electrically operated models for indoor use to diesel-powered variants with a load capacity of up to 20 tons for outdoor use. Felbermayr also covers a wide range of telescopic forklifts — from rigid models to rotating telescopic forklifts with a load capacity of up to 13 tons and a lift height of 4 to 46 meters. The rotating variants with an external battery module, which can be operated electrically, are particularly innovative. “This clearly shows that our fleet is state of the art,” says Bauer, and explains: “Through ongoing investments and regular replacement, our devices remain at the cutting edge of technology. Our training participants work with the same machines that we use every day. ”

Compact, safe, effective
In addition to existing training for working platforms in Austria, Felbermayr offers its customers another comprehensive service with forklift courses. In a compact form, the courses combine theory with practical driving and work units, teach how to use forklifts safely and responsibly and increase efficiency in everyday working life. The direct connection to the real working environment and the use of modern equipment ensure practical training, reduce risks and sustainably strengthen competence for safe handling of fork and telescopic forklifts.
