Felbermayr Holding GmbH is committed to making its websites under the domain felbermayr.cc (including subdomains) accessible in conformity with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended). 

Status of compatibility with the requirements 

This website partially complies with conformance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The contents detailed below are not accessible for the following reasons: 

Non-accessible content 

a. Incompatibility with accessibility regulations 

  • Alternative texts for images: Some images on the website lack informative alternative text, making them difficult to use for screen readers.  
  • Keyboard operability: Certain interactive elements aren't fully operable using the keyboard, limiting navigation for users who can't use a mouse.  
  • Colour contrasts: Some texts lack sufficient colour contrast, making them difficult to read for users with visual impairments.  

b. Disproportionate burden 
The complete adaptation of all PDF documents on the website to meet accessibility standards constitutes a disproportionate burden on account of the large number and complexity of the documents. However, we are constantly working on making the most important documents accessible.  

c. The contents are not subject to the applicable legal provisions 
 Some embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos, is outside our sphere of influence and therefore cannot be made completely accessible.  

Preparation of this accessibility declaration 

This declaration was prepared on 3 April 2025. The compatibility of the website with the BaFG was evaluated in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.1. This declaration regularly gets updated to reflect the current state of accessibility of our website.

Enforcement procedures 

Should the answers we provide not be satisfactory, then you may submit a complaint to the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints online through the electronic contact form.  

The FFG checks as to whether the complaint concerns violations of the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), in particular whether the accessibility requirements have been contravened. If a complaint is justified, the FFG issues recommendations for measures to rectify the shortcomings.
