We want to pass on our extensive experience accumulated over decades of operating lift trucks and offer forklift training courses for stackers and forklifts. The courses conclude with a forklift licence and are held at the Felbermayr training centres or at your premises.

This important additional qualification will equip you with the knowledge you need to operate a lift truck safely and efficiently and avoid accidents within just two days.

What I can expect from the course – theory and practice

Our hands-on training will get you fully ready for the exam. The course is split into a theoretical part and a practical part.

Theoretical contents:

  • Fundamentals: Structure, mechanics, electrical engineering and hydraulics of forklift trucks
  • Regulations and standards: Legally compliant operation based on § 62 of the Employee Protection Act (Federal Law Gazette No. 450/1994) and the Specialist Knowledge Certificate Regulation (Federal Law Gazette II No. 13/2007)
  • Safety: Important safety equipment and the correct way to use it

Practical exercises:

  • Operating the forklift truck
  • Practical driving and working
  • Handling loads

The exam is held at the end of the course and can be taken either in writing or orally.

 

Prerequisites

  • You must be at least 18 years old and mentally and physically fit to participate in the course.
  • Knowledge of German at level B1 is also required.
  • The course runs with a minimum of 10 participants.

 

Forklift course prices

Course duration: 2 days

Cost per participant: € 275 excluding VAT  

Travel expenses flat rate for training centres in Wörgl and Lanzendorf: €250 excluding VAT.

Failure to attend or cancellation without notice will result in the full course fee being charged!

Each participant must bring safety footwear for the practical part.

Where does the forklift course take place?

The course takes place in our training centres. Training can also be conducted at your premises.
